This week, the Texas Supreme Court will hold its second argument sitting of the year.
This might be “former Justice” week at the Court, with former Justice Craig Enoch arguing the first case on Tuesday and former Chief Justice Phillips squaring off against former Justice Deborah Hankinson in Thursday’s first argument.
Live video of the arguments is available through St. Mary’s School of Law. That site also hosts Osler McCarthy’s issue summaries for each upcoming argument, as they are made available.
