(The Fort Worth opinion is linked above as the name of the case; the two Austin opinions are linked separately.)</p> <p>Your comment prompted me to look back at both, and I've just corrected my entry about the Austin case to reflect that the trial court rendered judgment after a bench trial, not on summary judgment.</p> For both of these cases, I got my information about the underlying trial proceedings from the court of appeals opinion.
