The Court issued two decisions (split into five opinions) and set no new cases for argument in today’s order list.
The cases decided were:
Providence Health Center v. Dowell, No. 05-0386, consolidated with, Pettit v. Dowell, No. 05-0788, a set of medical-malpractice appeals out of the Waco Court.
In re Team Rocket, L.P., No. 06-0414, a mandamus action about venue
