		<description>&lt;p&gt;I agree that is probably the motive.  The Court has gotten quite a bit of criticism for things like the &quot;average&quot; time it takes to decide a case.  So, the Court may be reacting to the press.  In this theory, the Court is just reacting to what we&#039;re measuring.&lt;/p&gt;

Instead of working harder to write more opinions, the court is going to consider fewer cases.  Its clearly not the cameras--these are elected officials we&#039;re talking about.&lt;/p&gt;
