There are no private conferences or oral arguments scheduled this week. The Court is scheduled to release its regular order list on Friday.

But it’s too early to say this will be a quiet week because tomorrow is primary election day here in Texas. If there is time-sensitive news, I will post it to the blog as soon as I am able.
