Four more grants, with these scheduled to be heard in March [Jan. 22, 2016]

With this week’s orders list, the Texas Supreme Court selected four additional cases for oral argument. These cases have been set for March 8th and March 9th. [Update: There were two additional grants later in the day. Combined with the three grants issued on Tuesday, that makes nine grants this week.]
